I occasionally use the stuff. But it doeesnt really mix with oil nicely.
cheers for the advice, non of these are proper pieces, just sketches and prep i guess.

nice. Work on compositions a bit, you're rather centered, maybe experiment with different chalk widths for more contrast. develop the backgrounds a bit.
